I have spent the last decade supporting organisations across the recruitment and commerce space to grow their teams and operations to meet business objectives.
I assist Laura and Billie with the structure and methods around talent attraction, as well as scaling our offerings to ensure Recruit Therapists have a solution for all client partnerships with growth objectives.
We share one passion, hard work to build sustainable and long-term relationships.
Outside of work I have a busy home life with three young children, who teach me ‘every day’ the importance of good negotiation!
