Hi, I’m Clare, Commercial Director at Recruit Therapists.
With over 20 years experience as a Physiotherapist, and over 10 years as a Business Owner, I have literally “seen it all” when it comes to job hunting and recruiting into therapy roles.
I am passionate about connecting awesome clinicians with amazing workplaces.
I have a clinical background in MSK and Occupational Health Physiotherapy, but also working as part of a wider multidisciplinary team (think Occupational Therapists, Osteopaths, Sports Therapists and more). I have interviewed and onboarded hundreds of clinicians so I know what really matters when it comes to getting the right people and roles matched.
My job is to make sure that the right candidates are put forward and that they are able to truly showcase themselves and where they want to progress in their careers.
Outside of Recruit Therapists, I strategically lead my own company (Bespoke Wellbeing) and also a plumbing business (but this is a story for another day!).
When not working, I am a busy mum to two gorgeous children (and a very stubborn and needy Basset Hound!) – so I understand and value time and energy when it comes to work and getting the best outcomes – both in business and in life.
