Known for her personal approach and dedication, Laura excels at building trusted relationships with both clients and candidates, making her a go-to professional in her field. As the Manager of the Recruit Therapists team, she oversees daily operations and drives success across all areas.

Laura is also actively involved in networking conventions and exhibitions, while continuing to recruit and make long-standing placements. With a diverse background spanning Beauty Therapy, Mentoring, Executive Sales, Business Development, and Account Management, she is well-equipped to deliver high standards and foster long-term partnerships that clients continually rely on.

With a background in Physiotherapy, Paul is the CEO of PC Physiotherapy, overseeing multiple clinics across Bedfordshire, and Co-Director at Recruit Therapists.

His dynamic personality and extensive network have connected him with health and wellbeing practitioners across the UK, giving him wide outreach to prospective clients and candidates.

Paul leads our partnerships with other professionals, fostering collaboration with associations, organisations, and businesses that share our values. At Recruit Therapists, we believe in synergy and cooperation to drive success in the industry.

Billie excels at building strong, genuine relationships with both candidates and clients, ensuring the best matches are made for successful placements.
